Ötzi Peak 3251m: Modern Viewing Platform in South Tyrol

Breathe in freedom at 3251 meters above sea level at the top of the Schnals Valley Glacier in South Tyrol through the modern viewing platform built by Network of Architecture. Your panoramic views will point from the glacier across the Alpine landscape to Italy. The modern floating platform is set in a stony surface only where necessary, so that it blends in perfectly with the surroundings. It is made of durable Corten steel with an end in a glass protruding part of the “funnel” in similar colors as the opposite elevated mountains. The austere and wild nature around the viewing platform brings visitors not exaggerated adrenaline in which they will find a certain feeling of freedom and peace. Modern, a bit cold but magical – that’s what we would call the Ötzi Peak project in the gallery below!
