Residence on Lagoon Shores by SAOTA

SAOTA, a studio known for its massive architectural gems, shared the Benguela Cove project with us. It is located in Cape Town, next to the ocean bay Bot River, where the C-shaped residence rises with its natural majesty and fits nicely in its environment. The architects at SAOTA know how to make perfect use of the sun with large windows, so that the outdoor climate blends in perfectly with the indoor environment. In the smooth interior full of natural materials and colors, the family will find interesting compositions from individual relaxation zones. It is amazing that almost every part of the furniture harmonizes pleasantly with its outdoor vegetation and does not become an unnecessary “goofy” on a forest hill sown with dark green and light brown color. Benguela Cove is a really special building at first glance, thanks to its asymmetrical and a bit scattered but perfect structure.
